Jarrod Molnar is a professional basketball player and high-performance coach with over 10 years of experience both on the court and on the sidelines. As the founder of JMole Academy (est. 2015), Jarrod has worked with hundreds of athletes across Australia, helping them build elite-level skills, mindset, and confidence.

His playing career includes stints with multiple NBL1 and Big V teams, most recently captaining the Southern Tigers (NBL1 Central), and previously suiting up for the Darwin Salties and Mandurah Magic, where he led the team during their championship-winning season in NBL1 West.

Internationally, Jarrod played with 1212 Kiing Basketball Club in Malaysia and has competed in 3x3 and tournament events across China, Taiwan, and Malaysia. In 2017, he was ranked the #1 player at the Las Vegas Overseas Combine, and was the leading scorer in Youth League 2018.
 

As a coach, Jarrod blends his pro experience with a deep passion for player development. He’s worked closely with Kilsyth Heat Domestic Club for over 5 years, coaches school teams, and has delivered multiple mindset coaching programs to junior and representative athletes across the country.
