1-on-1 Private Skills Training

Ideal for: Rep athletes, serious juniors, or those wanting individual focus

Duration: 45–60 minutes

Focus: Shooting, ball handling, footwork, finishing, game IQ, confidence
Train with a Friend (2 Athletes)
Bring a teammate or friend and train together.
These sessions still provide plenty of individual attention while creating a fun and competitive environment. We balance skill work with decision-making and small-game scenarios.

Small Group Sessions (3–6 Athletes)
Train in a group environment that mimics game intensity.
We focus on team-based drills, game-like decision making, and skill development under pressure. Players will rotate through stations and also compete in live play situations.
